Who Can Submit or Collect Visa Applications?

Visa application submission and passport collection can be done by:

• The Applicant
• A Travel Agent
• An Authorized Representative

Using an Authorized Representative?

If someone is submitting your application or collecting your passport on your behalf, they must carry:

• A photo ID (original + 1 photocopy) – Driving License, Passport, or PAN Card.
• An Authority Letter from you – Download Sample Authority Letter
• The original acknowledgement slip issued by Israel Visa Services at the time of submission.

Each applicant must issue an individual authority letter if multiple applicants are involved.

Collecting Passport Yourself?

You must carry:

• The original acknowledgement slip issued at the time of application submission.

Processing Time

• Regular Processing: Minimum 3 weeks (excluding day of submission).
• FastTrack Service:
  • Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore: 10–12 working days.

Important for B1 & A2 Visas

(After receiving prior approval from the Ministry of Interior in Israel)
Applications will be forwarded to the Embassy / Consulate on the next working day after submission at the Visa Application Centre.
